How to get to Grímsey Island?
Via ferry
Sæfari ferry departs from Dalvík at 09:00 3-5 times a week, depending on the time of year. The ferry arrives in Grímsey at 12:00 and leaves again at 14:00 in the winter and 16:00 – 17:00 during the summer.

Free admission for disabled people is conditional to showing a valid ID.

30 ticket passes are valid for 36 months.
All ticket passes purchased at Grímsey Swimming Pool are also valid at Akureyri, Glerárlaug and Hrísey swimming pools.
