Glerárlaug is a fantastic 16,7m indoor pool with two hot tubs, children‘s pool and cold bath in its outdoor area.
Guests are required to shower without swimsuits before entering the pool.
Indoor and outdoor changing rooms are available. Indoor changing rooms include showers and lockers.
An accessible private changing room is available at the sports hall, and a pool lift can be used to access the pool.

Free admission for disabled people is conditional to showing a valid ID.
Free admission for children is valid until June 1st in the year in which they turn 6.
Passes are issued onto an E-card for an issue fee of 1.000 kr. The issue fee is partially refunded when the card is returned.
All passes purchased at Glerárlaug are also valid at Akureyri, Hrísey and Grímsey swimming pools.
