Sundhöll Hafnarfjarðar was the first swimming pool in Hafnarfjörður. First it was an outdoor pool that was opened in 1943. In 1953 the indoor pool was then opened.
The swimming pool is 25 x 8,7 meters and 3,2 meter deep where it is deepest. There are two hot tubs outside. Also the swimming pool has two saunas, one for men and one for women.
The swimming pool is know for the quiet atmosphere and it is used a lot by senior citizens and people in the area. It is also used for practices and school children.
